This is a follow-up following a first consultation declared without further action for reasons of general interest. For several years, alcohol consumption is decreasing in France and wine is the main vector of this reduction due to changes in consumption habits. Export sales are therefore becoming increasingly important for French wine and are becoming an essential outlet. The Belgian market is an important market for sales of French wines abroad. Knowing in a quantitative and objective manner the developments in demand in this country is therefore essential in the mission of illuminating the FranceAgiMer and CNIV.
