Description:
La Poste's Customer Relations Department wishes to acquire a new callbot Solution (compulsory telephone channel) to replace the current IVR solutions (DTMF and callbot).
Natively integrating voice flows, the solution must also be able to process conversations of the chatbot" in order to converge the paths on a "2 in 1 solution" in the medium term.
The solution must comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Data hosting must imperatively be located within from the European Union (EU), from a country of the Economic Area(EEA), from a country recognized as adequate by the European Union.
The solution must comply with the obligations of digital accessibility, and responsible design of digital services.
The solution must also comply with the Security Policy Group Information Systemsoupe La Poste (PSSI - G).
