- The services consist in particular of: - the provision of personnel - the management including the remuneration of the personnel made available - the management costs of the service provided, Under articles L.2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the Public Order Code, this contract is reserved for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disadvantaged workers. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period ranging from 01/01/2026, or its notification date if later, until 12/31/2026. Renewable twice for one year, i.e. maximum until 12/31/2028, by tacit renewal. The amount of benefits for the initial period is defined as follows: Annual minimum excluding tax: 10,000 euro(s) Maximum annual excluding tax: 70,000 euro(s) The amounts are identical for each renewal
