Description:
The contract covers the following services: PROVISION AND GRANT OF RIGHT TO USE AN ERP SOLUTION TRAINING MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE SAAS MODE.
The framework agreement is a "composite" framework agreement formed partly from an ordinary market and partly from a framework agreement for single-award purchase orders with no minimum and a maximum of 12,500,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the overall execution period of 8 years.
The framework agreement thus includes:
- Global and fixed-rate services (item 1 - Section 1), namely: the supply and making available of the solution for a global and fixed amount as mentioned in the act of commitment,
- Purchase order services (item 2 - Section 2 to 9) which are carried out during the duration of the framework agreement, processed at unit prices, with no minimum amount but including the maximum amount for the duration of the contract is 12,500,000.00 euro(s).
The services are broken down into 9 sections:
Section 2: Hosting and outsourcing of the solution
Section 3: Maintenance and support of the solution for internal operators
Section 4: Evolutionary maintenance
Section 5: Training
Section 6: Support technical and functional
Section 7: Reversibility and transferability
Section 8: Acquisition of add-on modules
Section 9: Provision and availability of Possible Additional Services (PSE)
