The market is not allocated:
•Lot 1: Provision of user support, maintenance and IT and network deployment on La Poste Group tertiary sites and production sites.
These services must be carried out in France.
The geographic scope of the global market is found in France. The processing of La Poste's personal data, including hosting, storage and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognized as adequate by the Union. Lot 01: Provision of user support, IT and network maintenance and deployment on the La Poste Group's tertiary sites and production sites.
The maximum amount of the lot is set at €25,000,000 excluding tax, over the total duration of the framework agreement, renewal periods included.
Support services in a workstation environment (IT and network domain) can be provided on the 50 tertiary sites of the La Poste Group but also on all or part of the BGPN contact points (Consumer and Digital Branch).
The service consists of ensure the maintenance and deployment of hardware and/or software solutions, in the areas of mobile telephony, network and IT.
