The purpose of this contract is the supply of urine drug screening tests, pregnancy tests and alcohol tests with immediate results for Ghuc, the beneficiary establishments of which are: Ghsa, Epsmm and Ch d'Argonne de Sainte-Menehould . The Market Is Compdared From 3 Lots. It takes the form of a Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders within the meaning of the 2nd Paragraph of Article R.2162-2 of the CCP, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in Articles R. 2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Ccp. This One Is Single-Attribute And Is Conclu No Minimum But With A Maximum. For each of the Beneficiary Party Establishments, the Estimated Quantities are specified in the Estimated Quantities of Needs (and freely accessible on the Htpps://Www.Marchespublics.Gouv.Fr website). The Maximum Annual Amount May Not Exceed 300% Of The Amountt Determined By Applying Pu To Estimated Quantities.
