Description:
The purpose of this purchase concerns support and professionalization services for the prevention of risks linked to work in relation to the public at Enedis Units: Services of training in Risk Prevention, Incivility, Violence and Aggression. This framework contract will have a duration of 8 years, including 5 firm years. EDF SA issues this contract notice in its name and on behalf of ENEDIS. Support and professionalization for the prevention of risks related to working in relation to the public within the Units of Enedis Enedis is the operator in charge of the public service mission of electricity distribution on behalf of all suppliers. This mission is carried out by 38,000 employees. The activities are carried out across the entire territory of metropolitan France. The organization is divided into business units (establishments within the meaning of the labor code). In addition to the support functions (DIR2S) and the national functions of Enedis, the organization has 25 regional directorates responsible for the operation of the electricity network (25 DR). The employees of the latter are the most exposed to the risks related to activities in relation with the public. Despite the preventive measures implemented, Enedis employees may be, as part of their daily missions, confronted with acts of incivility, violence, or aggression.
