• The Campus d'Excellence Industrie du futur - Sud association wishes to entrust the provision of its financial and administrative management to an external service provider. The objective of the mission is to carry out all financial management tasks and administrative necessary for the proper functioning of the association: • Operational support for management on administrative and financial matters; • Establishment and monitoring of the overall forecast budget; • Support for annual financial closing ; • Support for the preparation of the association's annual qualitative assessment; • Monitoring of financing agreements and deadlines; • Continuous improvement of management processes and associated tools; • Reporting to management; • Participation in bodies such as General Assemblies, Boards of Directors and Executive Office (preparation of materials, face-to-face participation, presentation of financial subjects); • Routine administrative monitoring (management of supplier invoices, verification expense reports, etc.); • Support for the financial arrangement of complex projects; • Contracting of suppliers; • Coaching on competition rules; • Reporting to governance bodies; • Administrative management of skills sponsorships (agreements, tax receipts, etc.); • Cash flow monitoring; • Preparation and publication of public contracts; • Advice on management rules, funding eligibility and regulations...
