Description: CEA / Leti wants to buy liquid stripping equipment for microelectronic applications in the clean room.
The equipment will have to process batch 200mm plates and operate by spraying ("Batch Spray").
It will be intended to remove photosensitive resins and clean etching polymers using sulfuric acid chemistry and hydrogen peroxide (caro acid or SPM) and a so-called "SC1" cleaning solution (water mix) deionized / ammonia / hydrogen peroxide), after current processes such as photolithography, ion implantation, plasma engraving or elimination of plasma photosensitive resins.
In order to ensure the safety of operators and the quality of the plates processed, the preparation of the chemistry and the plate processes should be fully automated.
This equipment will be installed in the white room of Building 4101 at the Leti and will be operated in continuous service 24/24.
