Description:
The consultation concerns the supply of aggregates and Franco de Port delivery. It is broken down into two lots: Lot 1 - Crushed Diorite - Ecograve - Limestone of the Pyrenees; Lot 2: Crushed Diorite - Ecograve - Limestone from the Pyrenees. This market is mono-attribute. He takes the form of a framework agreement executed as the order form is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1 °, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement has increased at unit prices. These are revisable according to the conditions listed in this C.C.P. The framework agreement has increased within the limits of: Lot 1: € 2,000 H.T./an minimum and € 20,000 h.t./an maximum; Lot 2: 10,000 € H.T./ An minimum and € 30,000 H.T./An maximum. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of execution of one (1) year from 01/01/2026. It is renewable by tacit renewal and per period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewal) which cannot exceed four (4) years.
