Description:
This market concerns the supply and repair of footwear for the firefighters of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) of the Var. They are carried out during the various rescue missions devolved to firefighters or during training sequences and by personnel of the health sub-directorate. They are classified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in category 2 or 3 within the meaning of the regulations in force. Occasional needs for occasional needs for small amounts or exceptional needs by their complexity, their conditions acquisition, implementation or that may require procedures that are not very compatible with the operation of the framework agreement, the buyer may contact a service provider other than the contractor, provided that the cumulative amount of supplies does not exceed 5 % of the maximum annual amount HT Ni the sum of € 10,000 annual maximum excl. It is the same in the absence of a response and/or non-compliance with the provisions of the framework agreement by the holders (absence of reference, non-compliance with the offer, etc…).
