Description:
The contract relates to the realization of a prospective study relating to the management of the water resource in the territory of the CCGHV and the Intercommunal Water Syndicate of Blanchefontaine (SIEB). The goal is to set strategic orientations and define action programs (small cycle, Large cycle) for the next few years and the decades to come. This study will include an HMUC (Hydrology Hydrology CLIMAT uses) coupled with the realization of a drinking water master plan (SDAEP) in the territory which integrates a consultation/communication component (specific market) and resulting in a 2 -level action program: - Technical action program from SDAEP aimed at improving the condition and operation of works, equipment and management of the drinking water supply system; - multi-actor action program for sharing Water.
