Description:
The Directorate Studies Design and Realization (DECR) of the Executive Directorate of the Ile-de-France stations (DEX GIF) of Gares & Connexions wishes to benefit from a planning mission on all the projects for which it is responsible. This mission aims to structure, provide and follow planning Infrastructure projects managed by the DECR on 4 axes:
• global and individual load plans,
• Project planning,
• Study planning,
• Planning of expertise missions
Planning must make it possible to secure the calendar objectives defined by the MOA and to streamline Coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring indicators (monthly, quarter, annual) must be set up. The perimeter covers several missions:
• Summary and visual management mission,
• Watch plan on DECR planning,
• Maintain skills in planning project teams,
• Development of tools and indicators.
