The contract relates to study missions with proposal, support and follow-up of the Caesm, for the implementation of a mode of management of the organized mooring zone (Zmo) of Anses d'Arlet during the period. Remaining Authorization For Temporary Occupation (Aot).The Master's AssistantWork (Amo) Will have to:- Phase 1: Study And Propose To The Caesm, The Most Appropriate Zmo Management Mode, Within The Time Remaining To Run From August; The proposals must be of a nature to promote the renewal of August (Ordinary Market)- Phase 2: Support the implementation of theSelected Scenario (Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders)- Phase 3: Monitoring Of The Management Method Set Up (Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders)The Expectations Of The South Area Are Detailed In The Special Clauses Book.
