Description:
The contract includes a firm edge and an optional tranche. The details of the missions are in the specifications. Loncitaires. The project includes only missions related to monitoring work for the redevelopment of the Bavier Lapierre, Lassagne, presbytery streets in the town of Brignais,Following the judgment of the initial work market at the end of the ACT phase. The municipality of Brignais is the competent community for public lighting and EVs. The community of communes of the Garon Valley is competent in terms of road development. This operation therefore constitutes aGlobal operation simultaneously relating to the competence of two project owners subject to the provisions of article L 2422-12 of the public procurement code. Due to the uniqueness of the project, the two communities have decided to constitute a contractor and entrust the CCVG theunique contracting authority of all work by agreement dated 07/25/2019
