- This notice aims to establish a framework agreement with orders, allotted in 3 lots, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount, the purpose of which is the design, animation, management, maintenance and continuous improvement of the training system relating project management.
Consultingion consists of 3 lots:
- Lot 1: The basics of investment project management, Introduction to project management, Coordination of project actors, Planning and control of deadlines, Project purchases and contract management
- Lot 2: Control of project risks, Investments andt project cost management, project management at RATP, operational project management
- Lot 3: MOA at RATP, scoping of the request and program control, integration of customer needs, MOA class D projects
The estimated number of trainees per lot over the total duration of the framework agreemente, i.e. 4 years, is as follows:
- Lot 1: approximately 1,400 trainees
- Lot 2: approximately 1,040 trainees
- Lot 3: approximately 450 trainees
As an indication, the provisional start date of the service is fixed as of July 1, 2023.
