Description:
Project management for the thermal renovation of the External Building (B) of the Tregey Rive de Garonne high school in Bordeaux, including a basic mission with Visa, a complementary mission: diagnostic mission on existing (DIAG), another mission: OPC. The surface of the facades to be renovated is about3070 m2. The basic mission makes it possible to meet the requirements of the environmental guide for the construction and sustainable renovation of buildings in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region (version 2023 v1.2),
The basic mission also provides for the implementation of integration clauses in the public procurementwork to come. Depending on their amounts, the public works contracts to be launched must provide for people in professional integration for their execution.
