The purpose of this market is a project management mission for structural reinforcement and rehabilitation work after the disaster of the building housing the house of childhood and the amphitheater creche located 2 rue Hisette in Metz. Receiving from the public classified as a 4th type R category, it is located at the crossroads of the streets: rue des Arenes, rue Dembour, rue Hisette and avenue Francois Mitterrand in the commune of Metz, in the amphitheater district. Structural and rehabilitation optional phase: replacement of external cladding on all the facades total cost of 4,066,727.60 Euro (s) HT or 4,880,073.12 Euro (s) TTC The candidate must report skills in the following areas: - Architecture; - Building engineering - All state bodies (TCE); Management and coordination (OPC); (SSI)
