Description:
Confronted simultaneously with the challenge of the energy transition and the need for renewal and rehabilitation of its network, RTE is facing a major and lasting increase in its engineering projects.
The DIIREM and D professionshealth, by controlling their consistency, their cost and their completion time.
In order to manage these projects, RTE wishes to equip itself with common project management software, in order to allow in particular the homogenization of practices for all of our portfolio of engineering projectse.

The expected scope of the software resulting from this purchase is as follows:
•Planning of projects and resource requirements;
• Budget management of projects consistent with GCP ("cost control");
•Project risk management and their impact on risk provisions (in terms of budget and deadlines);
•Reporting and data visualization of consolidated data from all projects.
