Description:
The Banque de France wishes to call on project management missions with a view to supporting it for studies and monitoring of work as part of a renovation and rehabilitation work of the tertiary spaces of the Bordeaux branch.
The Banque de France, in theExecutive of the Bordeaux building modernization project, wishes to bring together all of its services on part of the building in order to rationalize its occupation of spaces. The objective is therefore to make each part of the independent building technically and functionally while retainingThe heritage value of the whole.
The project consists in physical, technical and functional separation and the rehabilitation of spaces and the modernization of workspaces.
The branch is made up of 2 buildings totaling an area of around 10,000 m2, the project relating to asurface of 2640 m2 sub. The building is included in the perimeter of the safeguarding and development plan (PSMV) of the City of Bordeaux and is therefore subject to the opinion of the architects of the France buildings (ABF).
The period of project management services is approximately 56 months, 24 of whichMonths of project studies, 8 months of consultation and 24 months of follow-up of the work outside the GPA deadline
The share of the financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at around 11M € HT
