- The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets and the issue of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.

The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices.
The subject of this consultation is The provision with all the operational building services of the community, the assignments capable of ensuring:
- Basic project management missions
- associated commission or scheduling missions, management, coordination
- occasional missions engineering of feasibility study, expertise or technical diagnosis specialized in a given state body
necessary for the conduct of maintenance or partial rehabilitation operations - on the scale of a building wing or some rooms for example - college, gymnasium, administrative or cultural building or road maintenance center. These buildings may or may not be classified as historic monuments.
These operations are those carried out as part of the multi -year maintenance and improvement plans of the department.
