Project management mission having for object the global restructuring of the police station and its extension by integrating new surfaces. The current police station is located at 22, 24, 26 rue d'Ensisheim in the city center of the commune of Wittenheim, in a mixed urban area.
The operation is Carried out on an occupied site and consists of:
-The global restructuring of the police station, cut in 2 by the porch
-Sur 3 levels including the DRC
- its extension (old bakery), by incorporating new surfaces.

The purpose of the market is to entrust to the project manager a mission whose constituent elements are as follows: Diagnostic (DIAG) before summary project (APS) before final project (APD) Project studies (PRO) Companies Consultation file (DCE) Assistance for Passage of public works contracts (ACT) Compliance and execution visa to the project (VISA) Directorate of the work execution (DET) Assistance during the reception and guarantee of perfect completion (AOR)
