• This notice aims to establish a framework agreement, with subsequent contracts, multi-awardees for lot 1, with purchase orders, single-awardee for lot 2, with no minimum amount and a maximum of €13,370,000 excluding tax. This framework agreement aims to provision of a skills center for the project management of rail system projects carried out by RATP, for the rail signaling, passenger exchange and operating support systems professions. The services are divided into two separate lots: _ Lot 1: Provision of a skills center for the project management of rail systems projects for the ESE entity (Operating System Equipment) The purpose of this lot is to make available a skills center for project management linked to the ESE entity, allocated to 3 Holders. The services will be subject to re-competition should the need arise. _ Lot 2: Provision of a skills center for the project management of rail systems projects for the SIG (Railway Signaling) entity The purpose of this lot is to provide a skills center for the project management of projects linked to the GIS entity allocated to 1 Holder.
