Description:
This restructuring consists of: - full restructuring of existing buildings (except workshop building) including accommodation integrated into college; - Construction of a building to make the establishment more functional, this building will aim for a level of performance RE2020; - renovationthermal of existing buildings to achieve the target of the tertiary decree by 2050 (CEP cep ref - 60%.); - the asbestos removal of the whole establishment; - vegetation and designing of courty soils; - landscaping and treatment of outdoor spaces(security of flows, parking access, resumption of fences); - demolition and reconstruction of the courtyard and bicycle shelters; - installation of photovoltaic panels (study to the apd phase and optional slice from the pro phase). restructuring will be done on an occupied site (installationof modular during the period of the work to be expected). certain works will only take place in period of school holidays. the reception of the works will imperatively intervene for the start of the school year in september 2030. the operation will also integrate a minimum rate of bio -based materialscorresponding to the 1st level of the biosourced building label and a clean site charter with a valuation (including re -use) of 70% of mass waste, this concerns only the new part (extension of the building). the achievement of eec performance thresholds will be targeted for the frame andpour...
