Description:
The contract includes optional slices defined in the specifications.
The detail of the missions entrusted to the holder is the specifications.Multisites "Les Feux-Follets-Liberation" launched by the municipality of Gaillard (firm edge).
-Ty also includes, in optional tranches in the event of obtaining the operation by Teractem, the filing of the various building permits, the pro/DCE/ACT missions, as well as the visa, DETA and missionsAOR (Detail appears in the CCT).
The program of this consultation relates to the development of approximately 20,000 m2 of floor surface in total:
-Sur the site "Follet fires"
-Construction of 210 to 250 new dwellings
-realization of a maternal assistance house (MAM) of 16 cradles"Gross delivered".
Given its configuration, this site will, in principle, the subject of two separate building permit requests. However, if technical, regulatory or operational considerations justified a simplification of the procedure, in particular by filing aUnique building permit encompasses the entire perimeter concerned, this solution may be retained.
