Description:
The community of communes of the 4 rivers (74250) launches a consultation for a project management mission relating to the rehabilitation of a so -called leisure pool with a capacity of 450 people located on onnion (814 route du Risse - 74490 ONNION) and dating from 1990. This equipment is an ERP type N classified in category 3. The mission entrusted to the selected project manager will be a basic project management mission as defined by article R.2431-4 of the public procurement code (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, VISA/SYN, DET and AOR). This operation is an operation of construction of buildings. Additional missions are requested: - ordering, coordination and site management (OPC) - Coordination of fire safety systems (SSI), - Treatment of signage and rainwater An option is added to the consultation concerning the Access management and ticket office
