This project management consultation comes after the fire in the roof of the Massot.de fact, the operation will relate to:
-laRenovation of the site degraded by the disaster
- The replacement of solar panels producers of renewable energy
- The compliance of the entire site (fire, PMR, etc.)
- The development of a conviviality space in the existing volume
- The energy improvement of the area concernedby work. The expected thermal requirement level will be a minimum reduction -40 % of energy needs in order to respect the 2030 maturity of the tertiary decree. On the other hand, the replacement of heat production systems is necessary. The new system as well as respect forThe objective will be achieved so as not to "kill the deposit" of future operations.
