Description:
This consultation is organized with a view to the award of a project management market relating to the renovation operation of the elementary school and maternal peace, located rue de la Paix.
The town of Ambilly, carrying an ambitious school plan, wishes today to improve the quality welcoming children from the Peace School Group.
The only municipality of the agglomeration applying the PEDT (territorial educational project), it wishes to perpetuate this approach to offer each children a coherent and quality educational course before and after the school, thus organizing, in the Respect for everyone's skills, the complementarity of educational times.
With this in mind, the municipality today wishes to undertake energy renovation work in order to comply with the requirements of the tertiary decree.
This approach fits into a global repair project, including Improving the accessibility of the ground floor of the elementary school, the modernization of the DHW heating system with the integration of a GTB, as well as the possible extension of several kindergarten classrooms, intended to accommodate, in the long term, CP classes.
Continuity Of these efforts, an external redevelopment is also envisaged, in particular by the displacement of the courtyard located in the south to the northern part, in order to allocate it to CP students
