Description:
This consultation concerns a project management mission relating to the renovation and extension of the Chalet du Col de la Loge.
This operation relates to the heavy rehabilitation and the functional extension of the Chalet du Col de la Loge, with a view to ensuring the sustainability and the rise in Equipment range as part of a "4 -season" tourism development strategy.
The program provides in particular:
- Maintaining a minimum accommodation capacity of 72 beds, prioritizing the rooms with private sanitary facilities, while allowing type configurations Hostel with shared sanitary facilities when necessary.
- The creation of a home (common living space) for users, in particular in green class configuration.
- the maintenance of a restoration allowing both a collective service and a service on the plate for a clientele of Passage or individual, half board or out of formula. The two types of services must be able to coexist, in particular in terms of acoustic comfort for individual tables vis-a-vis collective catering.
- the development of a kitchen in free management for groups autonomous. This function already exists and must be maintained.
- The development of a caretaker's lodge integrated into the existing building or guardian house. This lodge must be functionally connected to the reception function.
