Description:
The purpose of this procedure is a project management mission relating to the rehabilitation of the building, located 45 bd du General Leclerc in Roubaix, intended for training activities. The details of the services to be carried out appear in the CCTP. The work concerns a rehabilitation operation of building. The holder is therefore entrusted with a mission of rehabilitation of buildings, as defined in articles R. 2431-5 and R. 2431-19 to R. 2431-23 of the public procurement code, notwithstanding the additional missions which are attached thereto. Estimated start date of services : February 2026 Category of operation within the meaning of the labor code: With regard to the coordination mission in terms of safety and health protection, the operation falls under category 2, within the meaning of article R 4532-1 of the Labor Code.
