Project management of the rehabilitation works of the Public Hall and the registration of the departure terminal of the Reunion Island Roland Garros Airport Project management of the rehabilitation works of the Public Hall and the registration of the departure terminal of the Roland Garros Airport of La Reunion This contract concerns the project management in charge of the rehabilitation of the passenger terminal at Reunion Roland Garros airport in Sainte-Marie de la Reunion. The main objectives of the project management are as follows: - ensure the permanent continuity of the operation of the airport during the entire duration of the operation. This objective requires the holder in particular: - perfect control of the program and planning of the work, - very strong mobilization and unfailing cohesion of the different members of his team, - a thoughtful design in this sense from the DIAG phase, - phasing works and equipment which takes into account all the necessary precautionary or temporary constraints as well as the safety of users and security obligations, - permanent anticipation of hazards that may arise during the construction phases as well as an immediate and appropriate response concerning them, -complete all work and equipment no later than the end of 2028.
