This market is a framework agreement with subsequent markets, passed without minimum and with maximum, allocated to two holders per lot, in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the public procurement code. It concerns project management services relating to rehabilitation operations or new construction of public buildings on the territory of the town of Bouc-Bel-Air.
The services include basic missions (ESQ in Aor), complementary missions (Diag, OPC, SSI), as well as the flat -rate services of/DS

Project management mission relating to the rehabilitation of heritage buildings
Moe tertiary buildings and or or use of residential;
Project management mission relating to the rehabilitation of tertiary buildings and or or use of residential;
Moe School Buildings
