Description:
The municipality of Valros wanted to set up an investment strategy in the center of the village by targeting a specific sector which constitutes a centrality for the village. Today, the coffee located in the square has closed. Aware that this type of activity is at the heart of village life,Elected officials wish to create the conditions necessary for the reopening of an establishment, place of services. This could take the form of a coffee, a coffee grocery store, a restaurant coffee ... To do this, the municipality has municipal buildings along the Grand Rue. Two of theseBuildings are located in particular at the corner between the Grand Rue and the Place de la Republique. The possibility of positioning the place of services here and opening it on the place of the war memorial has been judged as a timely solution. The municipality wishes to initiate the first stage of this projectby the creation of the place of services and the associated accommodation, the subject of this consultation
