- The consultation is launched in the form of a procedure with negotiation for the choice of a project management team within the framework of the provisions of articles L. 2124-3 of the public procurement code for the rehabilitation of the elementary school of the Veuee and the associative building, withExpansion of the school canteen.
The missions are: Basic mission with EXE for building rehabilitation operations (AVP, Pro, DCE, Complete EXE and Synthesis of execution plans, ACT, DET, AOR) and the following additional missions: Diagnosis / Sketch (Diag / ESQ), CoordinationFire safety system (CSSI), Determination of the operating and maintenance cost (CEM), and furniture (MOB).
The provisional cost of work (pending consolidation, current programming phase) is 5,550,000 euros (s) excl.Mission of the project manager: 4th quarter 2025
