Description:
The consultation is not the subject of a decomposition into lots. The services will give rise to a single market. This market is not the subject of a fractionation in slices or order orders. The consultation is aimed at a prime contractor or a project management team With skills in terms of: architect, construction economy, structure, fluids including thermal, OPC. Estimated amount of work: 2,690,000 euros excluding tax (value April 2025). Provisional planning: Start of studies: January 2026; Start of the work: October 2026.
Competition project management for the rehabilitation of the canteen and construction of the leisure center and the library
The mission entrusted to the project manager will include the following mission elements: Sketch Studies (ESQ) for new construction, summary pre-project studies (APS), Studies Definitive preliminary draft (ADA), Project Studies (PRO), assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT), EXE Studies (EXE), Directorate for the execution of works (DET), assistance to reception operations (AOR) and during the perfect completion guarantee period.
Additional missions : Diagnostic study (DIAG) for the restaurant building, and OPC (Speating Coordination)
