Description:
The rehabilitation project extension of the Lumiere brothers site in Cogolin aims to structure a shared, versatile and exemplary place on the scale of the inter -municipal territory. Through an operation mixing rehabilitation of an existing building and new modular construction, the community of communes from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez intends to create functional and visible equipment, bringing together several additional uses:
- an inter -municipal music conservatory, accessible to a large audience and open to local cultural life,
- a business nursery, offering offices and services adapted to the reception of young economic structures,
- EPCI administrative offices, thoughts for collaborative work and pooling,
- a versatile technical hangar, for storage and maintenance for technical services,
- arranged outdoor spaces, promoting Sweet mobility, greening and urban integration of the site.
The objective is to make this project a demonstrator of sober, evolving, shared public equipment, meeting the current needs of the territory while anticipating its future developments
