The project consists in redeveloping and reorganizing a land -in -law "Espace Fournier" in the heart of the village of Roussas, acquired by the town hall in 2023. The municipality wishes to make around 18 housing unit in rental, including 6 in moderate rents in the form of housing agreed with creation of spacesprivate and common, a service road and parking spaces.
