Description:
The purpose of this mission is to entrust to the project manager:
- On the one hand, the mission of project management of public spaces incorporating the missions (AVP, Pro, Act, Visa, DET, OPC and AOR).
The content of these mission elements is defined in title III of Book IVPublic order, as well as in the decree of March 22, 2019 specifying the technical procedures for execution of the elements of project management mission entrusted by public contracting authorities to providers of private law.
- and on the other hand, the following town planning and development missions:Preliminary studies, technical lot sheet, urban project monitoring services and operations on public spaces.
Master of project for the execution of public spaces for the realization of development work on the ZAC oncopole.
The services object of the contract are described in the CCTP,which specifies the content of each of these missions and the conditions of their execution which are already known.
