Description:
The EPTB Vidourle has initiated the regulatory studies of the right bank project in order to obtain environmental authorizations, the declaration of general interest and the declaration of public utility of all the work projected in the municipalities of Lunel, Marsillargues and Saint Laurent d'Aigouze planned in this operation (Papi 3 and Papi 4).
As a reminder, the EPTB Vidourle now has a detailed study of the project supplemented by technical notes.
In order to meet the expectations of the instructing services, the EPTB Vidourle wishes to submit a coherent file at the preliminary level Detailed. The project management mission includes the drafting of this AVP from the elements available.
She was broken down into different lots:
- Lot 1: leveling of the jassette dike and definition of compensatory measures (action 6.4, grandpa 3),
- Lot 2: 1st row dike north of Marsillargues (action 7.1 B, Papi 3),
- Lot 3: 2nd row dike from Marsillargues (action 7.1 C, Papi 3),
- Lot 4: 2nd row dike of lunel (action 7.1 D, Papi 3),
- Lot 5: Digue of 1st row Marchillargues downstream, 1st rank dike Saint Laurent d'Aigouze + Removal of the dam of Tamariguieres, (actions 7.1 E, PAPI 3) + Additional adjustments for improving the rehashing (Action 7.1 A, PAPI 3 + excluding PAPI).
