Description:
The description of the services is detailed in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
The duration of the contract is between the date of notification (the date indicated in this notice is given for information only), and the later of the following situations: Lifting of the last reserve/Expiration of the last guarantee of perfect completion of the contractors/Notification of the transaction or judgment which has become final putting an end to the last dispute with the contractor.
The overall indicative deadline for the project management mission is 6 months (excluding the validation period of the Moa) for the design phase and 12 months for the works phase (excluding works consultation period and ACT). Delivery is requested for September 2028. Opening to the public: January 2029.
This is an ordinary market. however, certain additional services, not provided for in the package of remuneration, may be the subject of a purchase order. The total amount of services not provided for in appendix 1 of the act of commitment is fixed without minimum and with a maximum of 35,000 euro(s) excluding tax. the maximum period during which the buyer may issue purchase orders may not exceed 48 months.
The amount of the forecast financial envelope allocated to the work is 2,935,650 excluding tax (value: September 2025)
