- The stipulations of this consultation relate to the project for project management for the operation to modify the Vignan retention basin and the rainwater network corresponding to Eysines. The services are divided into 2 sections: firm phase - Pre -project studies (AVP);- Project studies (pro); - assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT); - the visa of technical documents produced by work companies (VISA); - the work department (DET); - Assistance to operations to receive the work (AOR). Complementary mission: - GEO - Assistance in the definition of needs in geotechnical and integration (in Studies phase and in work phase) of these elements in project files - OPC - Surior, management and coordination to001 optional tranche - following regulatory file prescriptions of the codeThe environment (reg) such as: water law, impact study or study of environmental impacts, danger study if it is an ICPE site
