The operation concerns the urban renewal project of the entire Cret de l'eillet in Saint-Chamond.
The program provides:
- The construction of 16 individual houses in bands and 36 collective housing units in the form of studs,
- the rehabilitation of 51 housing units in occupied site,
- the demolition of two bars with 69 dwellings and an associative room,
- the resumption of part of the existing external arrangements, in particular roads and paths
