The consultation relates to the services designated below:
Project management missions in terms of compliance with the built heritage of the VAR department (accessibility, thermal renovation, large interview, renovation, rehabilitation).
Lot 1: West Var: Technical poles of Toulon West and Saint-Maximin
Lot 2: is Var: Toulon East technical poles and Draguignan
As part of the services subject to this market, the holder is required to comply with and apply the regulations and the standards in force.
These missions may be strictly reporting from the application of the II / Book IV of the public procurement code for work operations concerning the colleges and other buildings of the Var department, or else to be partially subject to the nature of the work envisaged with the exception of the work for which the project management missions are not planned.
The purchase technique used will be that of the framework agreement with subsequent markets.
The market will be concluded in the form of a market Multi-attributes in subsequent markets in accordance with articles r. 2162-1. to R. 2162-12. CCP.
