The contract relates to the services of project management missions within the framework of the requalification of the area of activity of BUC-LES LOGES. Its purpose is to entrust to the holder a project management mission in infrastructure. The place of performance of the services is the activity area of BUC. The market is concluded for a period from the date of notification of the market until the end of the warranty period of perfect completion (GPA) relating to the work on which the project management mission is. The overall duration of market execution is therefore indicative, 18 Month (Phase Design + Phase Realization) Except guarantee of perfect completion (GPA). Or a total indicative period of 30 months. This market concerns the second phase of requalification, which defines the services to be performed by the holder, under the project management mission of The reclassification of the BUC- LES LOGES Activity zone. The project consists of: - The requalification of Roland Garros avenue with in particular the integration of a cycle path and the realization of a pedestrian path; - the redevelopment of parking spaces; - the demolition of Buildings, soil depollution, servicing several lots on the Maryse Bastie field, - Optimization of the IDFM plot (Optional tranche n 1) Type of contract: Market with Service Tranks (Project management) Prices Nature: lump sum
