This framework agreement concerns all the study and control services, relating to the exercise of the role of the project manager for works related to the roads of road infrastructure of the department of Essonne.
The services will relate to the roads, the sites specific to the transportIn common, cycle paths, in urban areas or in the open countryside, for projects whose estimated cost is less than 4 million euros excl. Tax.of mission), governed by Book IV of the second part of the Public Order Code relating to the provisions specific to public contracts linked to public contracting authority and private project management.
The missions referred to in this framework agreement concern the category of worksInfrastructure-Rehabilitation or infrastructure-Construction, within the meaning of articles R-2431-1 to R-2431-3 and R-2431-24 to R-2431-31 of the public procurement code, and will be as follows:
