Description:
Open tender subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. Ordinary market.
The City of Vienna is considering thermal renovation and accessibility work of the Lafayette school group, the main Challenges are the reduction in energy consumption, PMR and functional improvements for users.
This project management market includes the Dia / APS mission elements with sketch / APD / pro / AMT / EXE (Exe1+Visa+SYN) / DET / AOR as well as the OPC mission In accordance with the provisions of articles R2431-1 and following of the public procurement code.
Companies (or economic operators in charge of work) will provide execution studies.
Project management nevertheless ensures:
- the establishment of an estimated quantitative (identified exe1)
- THE Visa of execution studies provided by companies (VISA)
- The summary of execution studies provided by companies (SYN)
The mission also includes an additional mission Fire safety system whose content is specified in the specific technical clauses notebook.
THE Provisional amount of work is estimated at 2,017,000 euros HT (in value M0 of the project management market).
The forecast date of start of the services is November 2025. The provisional duration of the operation is 35 months (excluding warranty of perfect completion). The executed ...
