Description:
The details of the missions entrusted to the holder is the specifications.
The services are paid by flat prices.
The operation provides for the complete restructuring of buildings (college and housing) as well as the resumption of outdoor spaces:
- full restructuring of the college, Including all of the technical and regulatory standards and asbestos removal;
- Partial demolition of hall 2 and rounded facades;
- construction of extensions to improve the compactness of the building and reach the surfaces indicated in the program by poles;
- Maintaining access At the site except half-board access on the forecourt, maintaining the perimeter fence;
- maintenance as much as possible of existing access to the building and interior vertical circulation;
- Renovation and insulation of roofs;
- compliance of outdoor spaces with the repository Departmental comprising the vegetation and designing of the Court according to the Court Oasis system, creation of a courtyard, creation of a bicycle shelter for staff and a garage for accommodation;
- Energy renovation of the 3 existing dwellings;
- Establishment of geothermal energy on a tablecloth groundwater;
- Work phased in occupied site, with the possibility of installing modular buildings.
