Description:
The pre-program provides for the complete restructuring of the two buildings (college and housing) as well as the resumption of all outdoor spaces.
- Building work will be as follows:
o The asbestos removal of the building
o all of the restructuring, extension and demolition work in accordance with the program.
- Technical and energy improvement works on buildings (college and housing):
o all the technical equipment related to the building
o Updates with regard to fire safety
o Generalization of LED lighting;
o thermal rehabilitation of the entire clos-covered (ite, replacement of joinery, replacement of sealing);
o Implementation of a geothermalo on a tablecloth (optional up to the APD)
o Sharging of the heating installation with resumption of terminal networks and issuers
o Installation of ventilation Double-Flux;
o Installation of photovoltaic panels in roofing;
- The work for external arrangements will include:
o the implementation of an oasis court,
o The extension of the southern courtyard
o The creation of students and staff bikes
o The reconfiguration of the parking lot of staff
The college floor area to be treated is 5,570 m2
The floor area of the accommodation to be treated is 760 m2
