Description:
The restructuring includes:
- Half-board in the DRC and 973 m2 refectory
- About 830 Rationals Day (640 Midi + 190 evening)
- Put to sanitary standards
- Reorganization of interior spaces (refectory, store, vegetables, cold preparations, laundromat and dishwashing storage, cloakroom, officeof the chef kitchen, waste storage and external arrangements…).
It is envisaged for the work markets two separate consultations (2 phases):
- phase 1 - refectory repair, sanitary, dive, self;
- phase 2 - kitchen repair.
the work will take place in occupied site with a necessitycontinuity of service.
The provisional budget for work is 1.8 M Euro (s) excl. The provisional duration of work for phase 1 is 5 months. The provisional duration of work for phase 2 is 6 months.Provisional duration of the project management market is 40 months, including GPA.
The progress of the project management mission includes the elements of the following studies: APS/APD/PRO/EX/SYNT/ACT/AOR and GPA for the entire program. He will also be assistant three additional missions: DIAG

-Mobilier (Studies and plans of the new catering room and kitchen: see pre-program)
