Description:
The operation relates to the installation of the child's psychiatry units currently present on the Elsau website towards the eastern half of the B surgery building on the Civil Hospital website. The latter dates from 1911 and was classified "interesting" under the local intercommunal town planning plan(PLUI). The restructuring of half east of the Chir building. B will include heavy renovations, facades and demolition. The fire compliance will be carried out on the entire building. Fluids and distributions of fluids will have to respect the architectureglobal building. It is specified that the western half of the building remains in activity with, among other things, the sleep unit.
The functional units concerned of the child psychiatry service are as follows:
- Perinatal day hospital: 12 adults (mothers and spouses) and 6 to 8Babies from 0 to 18 months
- Day Hospital Early care: 9 children from 1 to 4 years old
- Day hospital Young children: 6 children from 3 to 7 years old
- Autism resources center: 2 children
- Consultation premises
- common and logistical premises
Useful surface estimated at around 2,400 m2entrust a project management mission as defined in articles L2431-1 and following and R2431-1 and following of the public procurement code.
